How We Vet Every Trade Partner

No trade partner goes live on FAIT until a human member of our team has reviewed and approved their application. Automated checks alone aren't enough — we verify every claim directly.

  1. Application submitted with license number, insurance, and ID
  2. License verified directly with the issuing state board
  3. Insurance certificate reviewed and confirmed active
  4. Criminal background check via third-party provider
  5. FAIT team manual review and approval
Ongoing Monitoring

Approval isn't permanent. If a license lapses, insurance expires, or a trade partner receives credible complaints, their account is reviewed and may be suspended immediately pending investigation.


What Happens When Something Goes Wrong

A FAIT team member reviews the booking, photos, and communications with both parties.

Step 3: Resolution

We facilitate re-service, partial refund, or full refund depending on the outcome.
