Our Story
FAIT was born from a simple frustration: finding reliable professionals shouldn't be so difficult. Our founders experienced firsthand the challenges of hiring contractors and trade partners — vague quotes, no-shows, and invoices that bore no resemblance to the original estimate.
They weren't alone. According to Angi's 2023 State of Home Spending Report, 74% of homeowners have been surprised by costs they didn't expect after hiring a home service pro. The U.S. home improvement and maintenance market exceeds $567 billion annually (Harvard Joint Center for Housing Studies, 2024) — yet most of that spend still flows through an opaque, estimate-first model that disadvantages homeowners.
