Our Commitment

FAIT is committed to ensuring digital accessibility for people of all abilities. We continually improve the user experience for everyone and apply the relevant accessibility standards as we build and iterate on our platform.

Conformance Status

We aim to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at Level AA. FAIT is partially conformant — some areas of the platform are still being improved.

Measures We Take

  • Minimum touch target sizes of 44×44px on interactive elements
  • Sufficient color contrast ratios on text and UI components
  • Semantic HTML landmarks and heading hierarchy
  • Keyboard navigation support across all core flows
  • Screen reader testing using VoiceOver (macOS/iOS) and NVDA (Windows)
  • alt text on informational images
  • Focus indicators visible on all interactive elements

Known Limitations

We are actively working to improve the following areas:

  • Some third-party embedded forms (GoHighLevel contact widget) may not meet full WCAG 2.1 AA compliance. We are evaluating alternatives.
  • Complex data tables in the admin dashboard are being reviewed for improved screen reader support.
  • PDF documents linked from the platform may not be fully accessible.

We aim to respond to accessibility feedback within 3 business days.
