Rigorous Trade Partner Vetting
Every trade partner is hand-reviewed before they can accept a single booking on FAIT. We don't rely on self-reported data — we verify everything directly.
- ✓ State license verification with the relevant licensing board
- ✓ General liability insurance confirmation (minimum $1M per occurrence)
- ✓ Criminal background check through a third-party provider
- ✓ Identity verification and business entity check
- ✓ Manual FAIT team review before approval
Only trade partners who pass every step of our vetting process display the FAIT-Approved badge. If a partner loses their license or insurance lapses, they are immediately suspended.
Secure Payments
All payments on FAIT are processed by Stripe, a PCI-DSS Level 1 certified payment processor. FAIT never stores your full card number.

Satisfaction Guarantee
If you're not satisfied with the service delivered, contact us within 48 hours. We'll work with the trade partner to make it right — including re-service or a refund where warranted.
